Return & Exchange Policy
VANYYA makes all endeavors to deliver defect free products, however, since all products manufactured by VANYYA are handcrafted, minor inconsistencies or irregularities present are completely normal and are a part of the unique hand crafting process. This is also mentioned in the disclaimer against each product in the website.
At the moment, any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless it qualifies otherwise as per our Returns Policy.
Returns will only be processed under the following circumstances:
If a wrong / damaged product(s) against your order has been shipped, and/or
If there are clear manufacturing defect(s) that does not fall within the disclaimer mentioned here and against the particular product(s).
Returns shall only be valid if:
The items that have not been worn / washed / used / hampered, and
All the labels and other product stickers are intact, and
All original packaging of the product should be intact and no damage done to either the product or its packaging.
There is no customization or tailoring done to the products that have been made to order with directions from the user. (For e.g. Fall and picot addition).
The products are not tampered with or there are no missing price tags or the blouse fabric has not been cut out from the saree.
Items are returned with the original packaging and original bills.
There is no specific disclaimer against the return of the product mentioned under the particular product(s).
Exchanges are accepted for the following reasons:
You want a different colour
You want a different design
The validity of a product for exchange is the same as that provided above under the clause “Returns shall only be valid if”.
It is important to note that exchanges are possible only on items that have not been worn / washed / used with labels and other product stickers intact and that does not fall within the disclaimer mentioned under the particular product(s).
All exchanges shall be subject to availability of stock with VANYYA. Any difference in price shall be adjusted in the following ways:
If the product purchased in exchange is of a higher price than the exchanged
product, the difference between the price of the exchanged product and the product purchased in exchange shall be paid in the same way as making any purchase.
If the product purchased in exchange is of a lower price than the exchanged product, the difference amount can either be reimbursed in the same way as the payment was made during purchase OR opt for the amount to be credited in the form of a coupon of the difference amount along with a loyalty coupon of Rs. 100*, that can be used for a later purchase.
All coupons issued must be used within a period of 90 days from date of issuance of coupons.
A product that has been exchanged once cannot be exchanged again.

Any returned or exchanged item received by VANYYA that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to the user / customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
On arrival of the order, if the user finds the package to be tampered with, the user is not to accept delivery and return it back to the delivery person. The user shall contact the Customer Care Team at mentioning the Order ID and VANYYA shall do the needful. If the delivery has been accepted by User, it will be assumed that the package was received in a secure manner. In case of Cash on Delivery, the user must check the product delivered before making the payment to the courier person.
In such a case, to initiate a return or exchange, please click on this link or email us at within 48 hours of receiving the product. It would be great if you add a line which explains the reason of return or exchange, so that we can take that into consideration and work towards improving it. Your request will be queued up and you will be contacted by the Customer Care team within 2 business days.
Any product that has been exchanged once will not be applicable for return under any circumstances. However, even after the exchange, if you are unhappy with the product, please reach out to us at .
Any communication received after the return / exchange window closes shall not qualify for return / exchange unless expressly covered by the product warranty even in case the said product has been wrongly delivered.
VANYYA holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued.
VANYYA does not take title to any returned / exchanged items purchased by the user unless the item is received by VANYYA. The defective and/or damaged goods so received are to be communicated to VANYYA within 2 days of its receipt.
We try our best to arrange for the pickup of the product to be returned/exchanged via our courier partners. In case we are not able to find a courier partner which does not allow for pick up from your location, then we request you to self-ship the product to the original shipping address via a courier partner of your choice. We reimburse upto Rs. 100 as the courier charges by issuing coupons that are redeemable in VANYYA online store. We recommend using India Post to ship your product. Please email us the courier receipt, once you ship the package.
Notwithstanding the above, no product shall be eligible for refund / exchange if the disclaimer next/under the products clearly mention that it is not eligible for return / exchange.
